The BBC’s sports editor, Mihir Bose, has written a rather excellent blog on his take of the whole saga regarding Carlos Tevez, West Ham United, the Premier League, MSI and Kia Joorabchian.
Particularly on-the-button is an analogy he refers to on West Ham’s claim to Tevez’s ownership. Saying that the Hammers have no cause to claim his true ownership, given that they basically leased him from Joorabchian’s Media Sports Investments firm:
Indeed as one source told me, “It is like hiring a lawn mower. You use it to cut the grass and then refuse to return it.”.
